Just got back from the Cosmopolitan's buffet and I'm still thinking about that $25 all-you-can-eat crab leg promo - it was amazing! But I know not everyone has the budget to splurge like that. Does anyone have any recs for affordable, high-quality eats on the Strip? Maybe some off-menu items or happy hour deals?
